A smiling lion and a tall tree, I think to myself this could be me.
Full of vivid colours this tree is, it’s like a rainbow dressed in bliss.
I hop on my red bike and off I go. I’m not alone.
I smile as the butterfly unfolds her long wings. She stops by the pond and water she drinks.
The squirrel runs and catches an acorn. The crow flies above. The sun is hot and the daises are yellow.
Come my friend, my dear little frog; hop, hop, let’s all hop along!
I’m ready for bed time, and I wish for sweet dreams.
The lion is with me in my heartfelt, playful dreams.
I feel safe and cuddly as I am falling asleep, and I say goodnight to all of my friends out there sleeping in the trees.
